As an enthusiast about human connections and relationships, when I say relationships I’m talking romantic, friendships, dating, “situation ships”, family - and most importantly, the relationship we have with ourselves.I have ventured through various industries and educational paths which has given me the experience of working with many different types of people, within different demographics for almost 20 years - this has led me to what I feel my true my purpose is:- connecting with people
- delving into their life stories
- unraveling the mysteries of what brings us to make the choices we make
to inspire, empower and be along side others to help them discover their true potential that they’ve held all alongThis journey led me to earn a diploma in Professional Counselling and Psychology, with a focus on Life Coaching, alongside multiple Life Coaching certifications. I am currently advancing my skills in the iPEC Coaching Program, a globally recognized coaching certification, where I’m learning advanced tools to help clients create clarity, strengthen relationships, and intentionally design the life they want.Positive Psychology inspires me - exploring how we can empower ourselves in the present moment, take control and create the life we want, whilst uncovering the roots of the challenges we face.
